Thanks to Andrew I was able to close on our first home!! I had an initial talk with him letting him now some of the options i was looking to go, and my biggest request was coming in with the least amount of money out of pocket. We set up a plan and unfortunately there were no down payment assistance programs available where i could qualify. So we went on to plan B and started saving more for a down payment. While doing so Andrew reached out and said a program was put out and he saw that i would meet all requirements for it. Even tho we had already set up to go another direction he was still on the look out for me, and was able to get me an approval using that program. It was an extensive process, all paper work that needed to be provided and being my first home purchase i was worried during the whole process about not being able to close at the end. But fast forward about a month from putting in an official offer we were able to finally close on the property. Andrew was always on top of any document that was needed either would let me know or would get on a call himself to ask for documentation from past employers. All in all it was a stressful process but Andrew was always able to explain and guide through the process and always reassured that it was part of the process but he would get it done. That is exactly what happened. I would definitely recommend Andrew, the knowledge and being able to trust a person with such a big purchase is needed for this process and Andrew definitely met every standard from beginning to end.
